BEGINNER
Our Beginners Reformer class is the perfect place to start your Pilates journey. Designed for those who are brand new or returning after a break, this session introduces the foundations of reformer Pilates in a calm, supportive environment.
Your instructor will guide you through equipment setup, key movements, and essential Pilates principles at a steady, manageable pace. You’ll learn how to connect to your core, move with control, and build confidence on the reformer while gently strengthening and mobilising your whole body.
And don’t worry — beginner does not mean easy. You will still be challenged in a way that feels appropriate for your level, with your instructor offering progressions and tailored guidance so you can grow safely and confidently.

INTERMEDIATE
Our Intermediate Reformer class offers a supportive step up for clients who feel comfortable with the basics and are ready for a little more challenge. Expect creative sequences, higher-resistance work, and opportunities to deepen your technique — all delivered with the clear cueing and personalised guidance you know from Studio 26. Every exercise is layered, so you can choose the variation that feels right for your body on the day.

JUMP BOARD
Our Reformer Jumpboard class blends the precision of Pilates with the dynamic feel of low-impact cardio. Using the jumpboard attachment, you will experience controlled, supported “jump” sequences that elevate your heart rate while maintaining joint-friendly movement.
This energising session focuses on building lower-body strength, power, and endurance, while still incorporating core stability, mobility, and alignment work throughout. Expect a fun, uplifting pace with smooth transitions, creative footwork, and sequences that challenge coordination and control.
All movements are layered, so you can take it at your own level. Your instructor will offer both regressions and progressions to ensure the class feels achievable yet challenging for everybody.
